At Biankraft, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• To cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email.

2. Order Cancellation by Biankraft

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or listing errors
• Payment issues or failed transactions
• Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Handmade Products Note

Since we sell handmade candles, jewellery, and agarbatti, orders may be processed quickly. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
