1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
• You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product must be:
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Minor variations (as items are handmade)

3. Return Process

• Share your order ID + product photos (damage proof)
• Our team will review and approve your request

4. Return Shipping

• If the product is damaged or wrong, we may arrange return pickup or guide you.
• In some cases, customers may need to ship the product back.
